• Sieve flour in a bowl.
• Make fine paste of cooked rice.
• Add salt, carom seeds (ajwain), black pepper powder, rice paste & ghee.
• Make a soft dough.
• Cover dough with muslin cloth.
• Keep aside for 10 minutes.
• Roll out into round chapatis or rotis & cook on a iron tawa till light brown spots appears.
