Gluten Free Ajwain Roti

Item Quantity
GF Multipurpose flour 1 cup
Cooked rice ¼ cup
Pure ghee ½ tsp
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Carom seeds / Ajwain ½ tsp
Salt To taste

Method

Sieve flour in a bowl.

Make fine paste of cooked rice.

Add salt, carom seeds (ajwain), black pepper powder, rice paste & ghee.

Make a soft dough.

Cover dough with muslin cloth.

Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Roll out into round chapatis or rotis & cook on a iron tawa till light brown spots appears.
