Chicken burger patty

Ingredients Quantity
Chicken, minced 2 cup
Onion, chopped ¾ cup
Green chilli 1 tsp
Egg 1 no
Mix herbs( optional) ½ tsp
Celery / coriander/ parsley, chopped 1 tsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt & pepper To taste
Oil to pan fry

Method

Combine all ingredients well.

Shape as round flat patties.

Heat oil in a skillet & cook over medium heat on a skillet turning to brown evenly. Patty is cooked thoroughly yet remains moist.

Serve as is with salad or as burgers or as lettuce wraps.
