• Combine all ingredients well.
• Shape as round flat patties.
• Heat oil in a skillet & cook over medium heat on a skillet turning to brown evenly. Patty is cooked thoroughly yet remains moist.
• Serve as is with salad or as burgers or as lettuce wraps.
