Chicken Kebabs

Item Quantity
Chicken breast, finely ground 450 grams
Mutton or pork, finely ground 8.5 Tbsp
Green onions, finely chopped 1 cup
Cilantro, chopped 1 cup
Leeks, finely chopped 1 cup
Garlic, mashed 3 Tbsp
Ginger, mashed 2 Tbsp
Degchi pepper 1 Tsp
Green chilli pepper, chopped 2 Tbsp
Cumin powder 3 Tbsp
Cinnamon, ground ½ tsp
Nutmeg, ground ½ tsp
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Kasurimethi 2 Tbsp
Salt To taste
Lemon juice 3 Tbsp
Potatoes, mashed 2

Method

Mix everything well. Massage and kneed till it is sticky.

Make patties and shallow fry till light brown. Serve with lemon and onions.

You can use this mix to make koftas and freeze for future use.
